Yes, I waited a long time, but I went to two dentists before them, and no one was more compassionate. I have a real anxiety when it comes to dentists. I'm talking panic attacks, anxiety, cold sweats, in pain, but too scared to go, and this was the only place that made me feel comfortable enough to get the procedure done. I explained my anxiety, and high tolerance to anesthesia, so first, they gave me laughing gas, then local anesthesia, and a needle, to numb, which I did not feel, because I was already relaxed. They told me how good I was doing, though I was a under, and one nurse held my hand. They were very kind, and now I'm okay. I will never go anywhere else. They were worth the wait, even if some of the secretary's seem rude. What's important are the dr.s, and they were very kind.

I will start with the good. Excellent work I have had work done here and Im very satisfied. The bad I was waiting about an hour and 20 minutes last time I was here. This time I have been waiting an hour and a half. I always come 15 minutes early. I’m a punctual person that has no problem waiting but this is ridiculous !

Great staff! Dr. Jose Rivero was nice and patient with my sensitivity and pain. The woman that first see patients, who takes the x-rays, is the sweetest of all. The reason I don't give 5 is because it is extremely hard to be a regular patient of the clinic. They don't have any more vacancies for new patients and to be part of it I was told I have to call constantly to check if there is a vacancy. A really weird way of acquiring new patients. I don't understand why they don't have a waiting list. I could be calling every day, but if another person calls earlier than me on a certain day he or she wins the spot even when I called several times and for longer time. Not fare!

Do NOT ABSOLUTELY go to this dental center. They are very inconsiderate with patients pain and time. You go in as a walk in at 7am and they make you wait 7+ hrs. This is ridiculous. 0 Stars
