I advise you to never go to this dentist. I’m still dealing with problems from a root canal she did incorrectly. Then she I complained about the tooth causing discomfort it was ignored until I went to another dentist and they told me the tooth is badly decayed. I went back and long she removed the crown and the other dentist was right. Then she told me she wasn’t charging for the new crown that had to be made due to all the shaving of my tooth that could of been prevented if she listened to me when I FIRST COMPLAINED. Fast forward month later the same tooth was bothering me and smelling. To find out the tooth canal was bad. They removed the crown and fixed the root canal. Now I need another crown and guess what my insurance won’t cover because she charged my insurance to make another crown after she said she wouldn’t and could of been prevented if she listened to my complaints initially. I’m so annoyed with this office and he care. She a good talker I believed her when she told me it was a nerve in my face that was causing the pain. No it wasn’t it was the tooth decay from the bad root canal she did!!!

This isn't my first time going to this office. The dentist is friendly but not attentive. You don't get the attention you deserve as a patient. I gave her another try because I liked how she fixed a crown previously. Her staff has always been a problem. Since I heard she changed the staff, I decided I wanted to give it a try and get my implants with her. When I go to my appointment, I see there is no social distancing. I didn't come all the way from Westchester county to get COVID!! I asked the front desk if I could sit separately from the rest of the patients because I noticed they were not social distancing. People were sitting in proximity to each other. Then I noticed that there was a lady not wearing a mask. I was telling the receptionist that I didn't feel comfortable because she didn't have a mask. Then the lady without the mask interjects and says she's the office manager. I could not believe the office manager was not wearing a mask!! I was shocked. What kind of example is she setting? She said that she had both COVID shots, and that's why she doesn't have to wear a mask, which is far from true. Any medical professional knows that even though you have the shots, you still have to wear a mask. That's common sense. I didn't feel it was a safe environment for me to be in, so I left. It's a shame because this place has potential. I wish the Dentist would hire professionals who care for the patients and not themselves. Update So I got a response from the office. They are trying to change the story. When I went in no one was social distancing. The manager herself told me she didn't have to were a mask because she had the shots and that's why she doesn't have a mask on. She had no mask near her, nor did she have any tea insight. Please stop lying. If you don't want reviews like this, follow the proper protocol. We are in a pandemic!!!

Had to switch my dentist and do a retreat. This office took me right away. The front desk was always very helpful and knowledgeable. Nishita Gandhi did both my retreat & crown. She was gentle with a cracked tooth I had previously and made sure I felt comfortable and was aware throughout the entire process. Up to date & clean equipment couldn't ask for more, from someone who does not enjoy visits to the dentist!

My experience here was TERRIBLE!!!! For starters I was waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for a doctor to even come into my room for my cleaning. I requested to see doctor Gandhi because her reviews are great but some guy took care of me instead. I originally wanted a cleaning and check up because I had been getting toothaches, when he came into my room he didn’t introduce himself didn’t ask me any medial questions (keep in mind this is my first time here) and went straight to my cleaning. During the cleaning he was making a huge mess of water everywhere. After my cleaning, he walked out into the next room with the suction still on and in my mouth, didn’t tell me we were done and from the next room yelled out to me that my X-rays looked good then went straight to his next patient. When I left the suction was still on nobody came into my room to make sure everything went well nobody came inside to fix the chair NOTHING! These people are completely unprofessional and by the looks of it unsanitary. I don’t even know if they cleaned the room after I left for the next patient!!!! Disgusting!!!!
